 For Own Safety 

1. Always check hot water temperature before using it.  
2. Be careful while using mobile phone on stairs parking area lift and mess.
3. Girls should lock their room’s window and their locker when leaving the room.
4. Each girl shall be completely responsible for her belonging valuable article and money, girls are advised not to keep valuable goods in hostel premises. The hostel authority will not be responsible for loss due to her negligence or any other reason whatsoever.  

 Risk Assessment: Identifying potential hazards daily and implementing proactive measures by our staffs.

 Access Control:  To provide authorized entry, we use secure lock systems and visitor policies.

Emergency Preparedness: Developing clear plans and practicing drills to handle unforeseen situations.

Resident Verification 

 All the girls getting admission at AGH will have a security check with a submission of application to the local police station for safety reasons. 

 Movement Register

Movement register maybe maintained at entrance/exit of the hostel. Girls have to mention their outgoing and incoming time & date by card/ thumb/face recognition and physical in/out register. 

Outing

 For taking night out girls should give a written application and confirmation call and message from the registered number of the guardian.  

Schedule Routine Drills
